Terms & Conditions of Trade

Beau Accessories is a wholesale business, selling their product to operating retailers. These terms of trade are intended to cover all orders made by phone, face to face, by email or by using our online store.

We will never sell or show anyone your personal information. Please see separate Privacy Policy which explains this in full.

Email Communication
When you become a customer of Beau Accessories, you are added to our monthly eNews. Should you no longer want to receive these, then you can simply click the ‘unsubscribe’ link (which is at the end of every email).

Regardless of whether you are subscribed to our eNews or not, every customer of Beau Accessories will receive an email notification if there are any important changes to our policies or terms of trade. As well as important information pertaining to your order (order confirmation, payment details, notice of dispatch).

Delivery Times & Charges

Beau Accessories aims to dispatch your order within 2 working days of receiving your order online. Orders placed at Trade Fairs, or Face to Face are not processed until we are back in the office. Expected dispatch times are discussed at these times, and will vary.
Beau Accessories cannot accept responsibility for delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances. Charges below are subject to change.

Delivery to New Zealand businesses
All orders within New Zealand are delivered by Fastway Couriers and take 1 – 2 business days to arrive at your physical address. The costs for delivery within NZ (incl GST) are:
  • Auckland Region* $9.00
  • Nationwide* (orders under 2kgs) $14
* Very small orders will be sent using NZ Post Parcel Post (Courier charges will be modified by our staff before being invoiced). Parcel Post is approx $8.00.
* Please note that there are no delivery charges for replacements. See Returns & Replacement policy below.

Payment

New Zealand Customers
  • You need to be verified* by Beau Accessories before you will be able to place an order. The first order is Pro-forma, and must be paid in full before the order is dispatched.
  • Payment can be made either by Direct Credit into our Bank Account, or by Cheque. (Details will be provided on your invoice)
  • When the first order has been paid in full, you will be offered a Credit Account. (subject to meeting our credit criteria)
  • On Account customers pay their accounts by the 20th of the month following the date of invoice. If an account is not paid on time, Beau Accessories may refuse to supply further credit.
  • GST of 15% is added to all orders


Returns & Replacements

The warranty period is 6 months from the date of invoice. The warranty is void for any goods that have been worn, tampered with, or used incorrectly.   General wear and tear of products does not constitute a refund.

1. We would prefer NZ customers to hold item for pick up. 
2. Alternatively, Beau Accessories will replace item immediately upon receiving invoice number, full details of fault, and a photo showing fault must be supplied and emailed to info@beauaccessories.co.nz
3. Postage and shipping costs will only be credited with prior arrangement.
 
Replacement will be supplied, unless a credit is specifically requested. 


Beau Accessories Online Services

Beau Accessories reserves the right to deny a retailer access to their online services.

*Beau Accessories screens all potential customers to make sure that they are currently operating a retail store in NZ.
